First of all you have to put 78 under the 68 part of the equation.

First of all you put 78 in the place you see 8 is in the ones place so it should be under the eight that at the top and the sevens in the tens place and And you add not like this because I can can only do it horizontally because I am typing on a iPad and you do it vertically and then addd

I don't agree with puzzled penguin because when he was adding 168 to 78 he put 78 on the left side when 78 was sopost to go on the right side and if he fixt that i think everything els is right becuse when he was adding 8 into 6 he got 14 and he put the 4 at the bodoom of 6 and 8 and put the 1 at the bodom of 1 and 7 but when he did 8+0 that was a mistack because like i said 78 was sopost to be on the right side.

I think puzzled penguin was wrong because he put the 78 in the wrong place, the seven is supposed to being the tens place and the eight has to be in the ones place .

Puzzel penguin put the 7and the 8 in the wrong digit so when the 7 was in the hundreds digit when it was actually a tens digit and the 8 was actually in the ones digit but it was in the tens digit and the real answer is 168+78=836
